9. Subscription and Billing Terms

Premium and Super Plans: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free Tier: Basic plan users agree to limited data sharing of previous 5 days' analyses for educational and platform improvement purposes.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
